Had to stop and think about this one! "May the words of my mouth" Are my words encouraging and uplifting? Are they positive and pleasing to the ear? Are they full of truth and wisdom? I want them to be.
"Meditation of my heart" What AM I giving my attention to? Where is my heart? What have I been meditating on lately? Luke 6:45 - From the overflow of his heart, his mouth speaks. That pretty mush says it all.
Meditation = my heart = overflow = words = Joy or Empty
